Production begins once the order is confirmed and typically requires 10–15 business days, depending on the format, framing and destination.You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and are estimates only.
Lastoux is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our control.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. -
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our works, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
